基于VPN光电路整合USBKEY技术信息化平台妇幼保健管理模式的应用效果分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨基于虚拟专用(VPN)网光电路整合USB KEY技术信息化平台妇幼保健管理模式的应用效果。方法 随机抽取2014年1月～2015年4月深圳市的40个社区卫生服务中心作为研究对象，随机分为试验组和对照组，各20个。对照组给予传统的妇幼保健管理模式，试验组给予基于VPN光电路整合USB KEY技术信息化平台妇幼保健管理模式。比较两组的网络塞车率、信息泄密率、使用者满意度和不良事件发生率。 结果 观察组的网络塞车率、信息泄密率和不良事件发生率显著低于对照组，使用者满意度显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 建设基于VPN光电路整合USB KEY技术信息化平台妇幼保健管理模式能够大大简化社区卫生服务中心的操作规范，有效提高使用者满意度，降低不良事件发生率、信息泄密率和网络塞车率，值得临床推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of maternal and child health care management model of information platform based on the virtual private network (VPN) light circuit integration of the USB KEY technology. Methods 40 centers of community health service in Shenzhen city from January 2014 to April 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group，20 centers in each group.The control group was given traditional maternal and child health care management model.The experimental group was given maternal and child health care management model of information platform based on the virtual private network (VPN) light circuit integration of the USB KEY technology.The network traffic rate，information leak rate，user satisfaction degree and the incidence rate of adverse event in the two groups was compared respectively. Results The network traffic rate，information leak rate and the incidence rate of adverse event in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group，user satisfaction degree in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group，with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Maternal and child health care management model of information platform based on the virtual private network (VPN) light circuit integration of the USB KEY technology can greatly simplify operation specification of community health service center，effectively enhance user satisfaction degree，reduce incidence rate of adverse event，information leak rate and network traffic rate，it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
